Before Anchor Point, I founded Spirit Equity , a trust-based funding model that mobilized resources for over 500 community members across Oakland with zero overhead and full accountability. Every dollar tracked. Every partner vetted. Every outcome documented.

That work taught me: accountability isn’t a value. It’s an architecture. You have to build it into the system deliberately , or it disappears under pressure.

I founded Anchor Point after years of watching brilliant teams struggle under broken systems, not broken people. Today I help organizations rebuild clarity, accountability, and trust from the inside out , using a proprietary method built on 18 core system failures that block growth.
