Our Journey and Vision
I founded Anchor Point after years of watching brilliant teams struggle under broken systems , not broken people. In my work leading corporate partnerships and social impact programs across the Bay Area, I saw how easily good intentions get lost inside unclear structures and misaligned incentives.
Over time, I began mapping the patterns behind those frustrations: how decisions move, how communication flows, and how leaders can re-design those systems to support ,not drain their people. That became the foundation for Anchor Point’s work.
Today, I help organizations rebuild clarity, accountability, and trust from the inside out. My approach is grounded in system literacy and shaped by years in community development, philanthropy, and organizational design ,blending human insight with operational rigor.
Because lasting change isn’t just about fixing people; it’s about fixing what surrounds them.
